Laguna Island Ranch is located between the North and South Forks of the Kings River, which essentially creates an “island” in the area. The ranch is currently home to numerous horses, one dog, two cats and a herd with 20 head of cattle.

Our philosophy for horse care is based on our belief that healthy horses need good facilities. Our stalls include large runs, and our pens are extra large, so horses have the ability to move freely at all times. The covered arena insures that all horses get their daily dose of exercise even during inclement weather. All horses at the ranch are either ridden or are turned out daily, as part of their normal routine.

We have guest quarters available for visitors staying either for performance enhancement coaching or  to try out a sale horse. If you are coming for performance  enhancement, but cannot afford to take the  time off away from your horse, you may bring your horse  or horses with you! They will enjoy the benefits from working in a different arena, while you prepare yourself mentally for your next competition. An in-house gym is available for those riders who are currently on a program and don’t want to miss their workouts, or for individuals seeking an exercise program as part of the performance enhancement program.
