Our goal at Laguna Island Ranch is to help you learn the skills to improve your athletic performance. Dr. Irene Harris will develop a program, based on scientific principles of sport and exercise psychology, designed specifically, to meet your individual needs.

Individual consultations, group sessions and seminars are available at the ranch. Dr. Harris is also available to speak at your club or event.

Dr. Harris is a certified consultant by The Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) This organization promotes the ethical practice, science, and advocacy of sport and exercise psychology. AASP offers certification to qualified professionals who practice sport, exercise, and health psychology.
